In April 2018, an international sculpture festival was held in the city of Yavneh on a free subject, with the demand for sculptures at a height of 3 meters or more. The municipal committee headed by the mayor chose 10 of the 136 artists who applied for the festival. Five artists from Israel and five from Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Turkey and Georgia. In addition, there was an exhibition of sculptures and paintings brought to the city's municipal gallery. The sculptures were placed in various locations in the city - parks, promenades and squares.
